This 3 gallon fermenter is designed to be an all in one fermenter plus bottling bucket. The base has a bowl shape that allows sediment to settle prior to bottling. The wide opening on top allows for large direct additions of hops, fruit or other products with easier access, and for easy cleaning. When brewing beer, carbon dioxide will be released, the S-Shaped airlock ensures that it is released from the fermenter as well, while not allowing air to enter the fermenter at the same time, thus avoiding oxidation. Use this fermenter for your next batch of fruit wine, half batch of beer or any other fermentation! Holds roughly 3.4 gallons total, but recommended for 3 gallon fermentations.
